The pull-out sofa beds are pretty cramped and lack comfort. one guest had to sleep on the floor for days due to a broken sofa. Also, the confusion with the room locations, especially those categorized as 'G' level, adds frustration when trying to find your room, which is not ideal when you're jet-lagged. Lastly, the breakfast setup could use more plates and trash cans in the bathroom, given that only one trash can in the living area seems inadequate.

I stayed in the One-Bedroom King Suite Sofa Bed Mobility or Hearing Accessible Roll Shower. The layout was really nice, and having a full kitchen was super helpful.
